How It Works

It is easy to build your questionnaire in SurveyCore. The system supports many different question types such as radio buttons, dropdownlists, check boxes, matrix questions, text fields, and more. Thus, you can create questionnaires that can fit to any purpose.

The layout of the questionnaire can be adjusted to your preferences. You can change colors, logo, fonts, font sizes, and much more. This is easily done with SurveyCores style template function that can be used across several questionnaires.

The questionnaire can also be made "intelligent" via SurveyCores branching and piping functions. This way you can send the respondents through different routes in the questionnaire depending on what they have answered in some of the questions.

When you have designed your questionnaire the next step is to publish it.

You can choose to publish a survey via a link (URL). Survey generates a unique URL for each questionnaire. You can therefore easily put a link on you website which can function as an invitation.

You can also choose to use SurveyCores advanced function for email invitations. It can be used to import a list of respondents that you want to answer your survey. You can send out invitations to the persons on the list via SurveyCore and keep track of who has answered the questionnaire and send out reminders.

SurveyCore has an advanced analysis module where you can analyze the results from your survey. SurveyCore supports many different chart types such as pie charts, bar charts, radar diagrams, and many more.

You can also create cross tables in SuveyCore. Cross tables enables you to see if there is dependency between two questions. For example you can see the employee satisfaction among the different departments in the company.

It is easy and quick to share the results from a survey with others. You can via a link give access to a report that you can protect with a password.
