An effective campaign requires knowledge about your target group and it's therefore necessary to ask questions. Vi have used SurveyCore to collect information about the effect of a number of photos on potential tourists from different countries. We asked them about their emotional associations to the photos and about which ones they preferred.

The pictures were presented in a questionnaire published via the internet, and we have used the results to evaluate the effect of the individual photos in connection with campaigns targeted towards each market.

SurveyCore has helped us gain a significant amount of added value, that we still benefit from today.

At IHI we are very aware of the importance of the internal service level between each department in the organization. Our ability to deliver an external service, that meets the needs of our customers, depends on it.

Besides from using SiteScale to recieve feedback from our customers, we use SurveyCore to evaluate courses and departments internally. An example of this is our Web department that develops and maintains IHI's many websites, but also has an important function in supporting and servicing our other departments regarding internet related matters.

Therefore the department made an internal survey of the other employees satisfaction with the help and service that the web department offers. Questions about time consumption and quality were asked with a questionnaire made in SurveyCore. This gave us a very quick and precise picture of which areas the department delivered a good service and which areas needed improvement.

We also evaluate the quality of the courses our employees participate in, e.g. management courses. We use SurveyCore to collect knowledge to ensure that the courses meet our standards regarding quality and content.
